our mission

Our mission is to create and connect a healthy, purposeful and compassionate community by providing culturally aware and responsive life-changing learning experiences for youth and families

community programs

Our YouthCore initiative provides hands-on training for young people through yard work, garden clean-ups, landscaping, and community stewardship, giving youth valuable work experience while improving outdoor spaces for the community.

In addition, AntFarm operates a Café, Farmers Market, tutoring services, and job training opportunities, all designed to increase food access, provide academic support, and strengthen employment skills. These programs work together to empower youth while fostering stronger ties throughout rural Clackamas County.

Beyond youth-focused services, AntFarm offers holistic support for families and individuals of all ages. Programs include addiction prevention and recovery support, music and arts education, elder support and engagement, and language access services for immigrant communities.

The organization also provides outreach to those in need, creating a welcoming and inclusive hub where people can find resources, companionship, and opportunities to grow. By blending mentorship, skill-building, and direct community support, AntFarm serves as a cornerstone for resilience and thriving in the Sandy area.
