Helping You Find What You Need—Close to Home.

Who We Are

The Hoodland Community Resource Collaboration is a collective of local nonprofits and community organizations working together to make support services more accessible to everyone in the greater Hoodland area.

We believe that when neighbors are connected to the resources they need, our entire community becomes stronger, healthier, and more resilient.

what we do

We help Hoodland residents find and connect with a wide range of local resources—offered by trusted, mission-driven nonprofits. Our collaborative makes it easier to learn about and access services including:

  • Emergency food assistance & local food banks

  • SNAP benefits at the Hoodland Farmers Market

  • Free laundry days

  • Holiday food baskets & seasonal support

  • Financial assistance programs

  • Community meals & pop-up events

  • Local health and wellness services

We bring organizations together to reduce gaps, increase visibility, and improve how services reach the people who need them most.

our mission

Our mission is to connect Hoodland residents with local nonprofit resources through collaboration, access, and community care.

We do this by:

  • Sharing information clearly and accessibly

  • Supporting cross-organization partnerships

  • Making it easier for people to ask for and receive help

  • Promoting dignity, inclusion, and trust in every interaction

Why It Matters

Navigating help can be overwhelming. Services may be out there—but if people don’t know where to look or how to apply, that help can feel out of reach.

We created this collaborative (and this website) to bridge those gaps—so you can quickly find the services that match your needs, and get connected with someone who’s ready to help.

Whether you’re looking for support, or looking to give back, the Hoodland Community Resource Collaboration is here to make that connection possible.
